Alan Miller writes to Sadiq Khan

Report by Alan Miller BBUK National President

The Mayor of London,

City Hall,

The Queen’s Walk,

SE1 2AA.

5th June 2016

Dear Mr. Khan,

On behalf of all seven hundred and fifty members of B’nai B’rith UK may I express to you our sincere grief and distress at the terrible suffering that was inflicted upon our citizens and visitors in the London Bridge area on Saturday night.

We are an international Jewish organization dedicated to bringing Benevolence, Brotherly and Sisterly Love and Harmony to the world.

We were all absolutely appalled that such an atrocity should have occurred in our capital city.

Our hearts go out to all those affected by this barbaric outrage, along with our condolences to the families of the bereaved. Needless to say, we are grateful for the speedy and robust response from our security services and the outstanding compassion and dedication of our emergency medical service.

You and all your staff are assured of our support at this most difficult time.

May we all be spared from any similar events in the future.

Yours sincerely,

Alan Miller.

National President.
